Work tracked in three places
Daily tasks were posted as chat messages with emoji codes for status. Assignments lived in a separate tool. At the end of each month someone pulled it all together into a report by hand. Across three time zones, it was easy to lose track of who was doing what.
One system that tells people what to do next
I designed and built a single system that knows what time it is for each person, shows them what to work on next, and turns assignments into a review and approval flow. The first working version was built over a weekend.
In daily use since launch
The team has used it every day since it went live, and it replaced three separate tools. Screens are not shown because the tool is internal.
